:: Is it a skirt? Is it a short? It's BOTH actually! It's safer this way so you won't go peek-a-boo when you're going up the staircase. I pick this because it's very ViVi and this similar design was also once published in ViVi Magazine Autumn Collection. The wool material made it very comfy and warm to wear.
